Yes. Courses marked as certificate-eligible award a shareable digital certificate upon meeting the completion criteria described in the syllabus.
Are there payment plans available?
For eligible programs, we offer installment plans at checkout. No late fees are charged by Guiasutil FloraLab, but your payment provider may have its own policies.
What is the refund policy?
Self-paced courses are refundable within 7 days if less than 10% of content is completed. Cohort courses are refundable up to 14 days before the start date. Processing times vary by payment method.
How long do I have access to course materials?
Self-paced courses include 12 months of access from the date of purchase. Cohort replays and resources are available for 6 months unless specified otherwise.
Are courses suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. We maintain a dedicated Beginner track with step-by-step guidance, tool safety, and clear practice milestones.
Do you offer on-site training?
Select programs are offered on-site at partner studios in major cities. Capacities are limited to ensure individual feedback and safe conditions.
Can I combine courses into a professional pathway?
Yes. Our catalog is organized into pathways. Completing a pathway unlocks a capstone review with instructor feedback.
What kind of support can I expect?
Instructors respond to Q&A within stated windows. Admin support typically replies within two business days. We provide clear escalation channels if issues persist.
